Since PostCo is not responsible for the delivery of parcels from your online store, you will need to check with your seller on whether your item has been dispatched. If you are provided with a tracking number, you can also track your parcel directly with the courier.
Once your parcel arrives at the PostCo location, you will receive a SMS / email notification if you have made a booking. If you have not made a booking, be sure to make one before your parcel arrives at the PostCo location to avoid the risk of your parcel being rejected.
If you do not receive any notifications from us, but your courier tracking has indicated that your parcel has been delivered, do let us know via our chat support.
